Terms of Service

By renting a vehicle from our company, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Reservations

• All reservations are confirmed based on vehicle availability.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the rental start time.

2. Deposit & Payments

• No security deposit is required.
• Payment must be made at the office at the time of rental.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, or debit card.
• Additional services or insurance options may be selected at extra cost.

3. Office Hours & Vehicle Pickup

• Our office is open 24 hours a day for vehicle pickup.
• If you wish to arrange pick-up or drop-off at a location other than the airport, please select the option under “Extras.”

4. Fuel Policy

• The fuel level must be returned the same as when the vehicle was collected.
• If the vehicle is returned with more fuel than received, no refund will be issued.

5. Insurance

• Vehicles are equipped with basic insurance (Third Party Liability – TPL).
• Extended insurance coverage can be purchased under “Extras” for an additional fee.
• In case of an accident, you must notify the police and obtain a police report.

6. Driver Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required to rent a vehicle.
• All drivers must be at least 18 years old.

7. Cross-Border Travel

• Cross-border travel is permitted only in certain countries.
• A cross-border fee applies depending on the country you plan to enter.
• Purchasing a Green Card (available at border crossings) is your responsibility.

8. Mileage

• Unlimited mileage is included with all rentals.

9. Fines & Penalties

• The customer is fully responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• The company is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• The company is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
